Now the DMN is reporting that the New York burger company will open its doors at 11 a.m. Monday, May 27, at 5500 Greenville Ave. Suite 505. The first 100 customers in line at opening time will receive a free Pie Oh My (vanilla custard with a slice of Emporium Pies‘ seasonal treat) concrete, which will be one of three concretes unique to the Old Town store.

Shake Shack’s 2,929-square-foot shop will include an outdoor patio and a custom mural by New York artist Mr. Kiji.

Along with the Pie Oh My concrete, the restaurant will also serve a Cookie Butter Blender concrete (vanilla custard, cookie butter, chocolate toffee, and chocolate sprinkles) and a S’more concrete (chocolate custard, marshmallow, Mast Brothers dark chocolate chunks, and graham crackers).

The Link Burger, a Texas-exclusive menu choice, will also be available. The Link Burger is a cheeseburger topped with griddled Pecan Lodge jalapeno cheese sausage link, pickles and Shake Shack’s custom sauce.

There will also be a selection of local brews form Community Beer Co., Deep Ellum Brewing Company and Four Corners Brewing Co. as well as a few wine selections.
