Neighbors may have to drive further north if they need anything from Dick’s Sporting Goods.
The retailer may relocate to a 72,445-square-foot space that previously housed Toys R Us near east North Central Expressway, according to the Dallas Morning News. Interior and exteriors renovations would cost $2.96 million.
Dick’s Sporting Goods was one of the Shops at Park Lane’s first tenants. There’s no timetable on the relocation, and the retailer did not provide the Morning News any additional information.
“Dick’s does not have any information to share at this time on the location you’re inquiring about,” a spokeswoman told the newspaper. “But we’ll be sure to let you know once information becomes available.”
