The majority of road construction in Lake Highlands began in January, but there’s still several bond and maintenance project slated from April to June. We reached out to the Department of Public Works for a list of all the roads being repaired this spring in City Council District 10, so you can begin preparing for any potential inconveniences now.
Here are all the bond projects scheduled through June:
- Wightman Place from Baseline Drive to Chimney Hill Lane
- Fenchurch Road from Buxhill to Lanshire drives
- Fenchurch Road from Fitzroy Drive to Shadydale Lane
- Fenchurch Road from Shadydale Lane to Buxhill Drive
- Moss Meadows Drive from Arborside Drive to Abrams Road
- Fitzroy Drive from Audelia to Fenchurch roads
- Shadow Way from Creekspan to Candlebrook drives
- Kingsley Road from Crofton to Winedale drives
- Winedale Drive from Walnut Hill Lane to Lacrosse Drive
- Liptonshire Drive from McCree Road to Lakemere Drive
- Club Glen Drive from Whitehurst Drive to Arbor Trail
- Deermont Trail from Brentridge to Whispering Hills drives
And here are the maintenance projects:
- Eagle Trail from Bargiames Lane to the dead-end
- Claybrook Drive from Walnut Hill Lane to Gunnison Drive
- Crofton Drive from Kingsley Road to Gunnison Drive
- High Oaks Circle at Fair Oaks Avenue
- Royal Highlands Drive from Shady Valley to Faircrest drives
- Timberleaf Drive from Forest Springs to Arbor Park drives
