Herchel SieghThe Dallas Police Department located a 71-year-old man who went missing Friday and was considered a danger to himself.
Herchel Siegh was last seen in the 12200 block of Greenville Avenue at 8:45 a.m. Police described Siegh as a black man who is 5-foot, 10-inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds. He has brown eyes and is bald. He may be wearing a blue baseball cap, dark blue sweatshirt and light-colored jeans.
