Saying “Lake Highlands is a small town in a big city” is stating the obvious, but our neighborhood’s charm is worth celebrating.
And we have plenty of pride, especially in our history. Lake Highlands’ nostalgia for the past is evident in Facebook groups like “You know you’re from Lake Highlands if … “ and our many neighborhood traditions.
