Police arrested one of the men who robbed and killed Joseph Anthony Pintucci, an 18-year-old who was shot at The Shops at Park Lane.
Officers found Pintucci slumped over the driver’s seat of a sedan in a parking garage near Dick’s Sporting Goods. The Dallas Morning News reported he was part of a drug deal gone wrong.
Twenty-three-year-old Rene Eduardo Montanez was arrested and charged with capital murder this Saturday, according to police. Officers are still searching for a second suspect, who they believe was the shooter.
He’s described as a Latin male who is about 18 or 19 years old. He is 5-foot, 6-inches tall, weighs about 130 pounds and wears a gold grill with diamonds. He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie and jeans.
Police believe he fled the parking garage in a 2005 Chevy Tahoe.
