Meet artist Elizabeth Wiley at C.C. Young this Thursday at 3:30 p.m. The equestrian artist will have a gallery of paintings and will be available for discussion about her love of horses, dressage and the relationship between horses and humans. The event is free and will include refreshments.

Come take a survival cooking class with Cindy Kelchner this Saturday at the Dallas Arboretum, where she will be teaching a lively class on useful items for a culinary tool kit. The class will be at the Charlotte and Donald Test Pavilion from 1-3 p.m. Tickets cost $65 for non-members and $60 for members.
