Daniel Hart isn’t a household name like, let’s say, Owen Wilson or Erykah Badu, but his resume is just as impressive.

Besides a stint with the Polyphonic Spree and a St. Vincent-produced solo album, Hart composed the score for several films, such as “Pete’s Dragon” and “A Ghost Story.” He’s the mastermind behind the music featured in the podcast “S-Town,” which listeners downloaded 10 million times in a mere four days.
