Dallas SWAT , Dallas Air One and Dallas Police of the Northeast Division converged on a tiny house in near Lake Highlands, in a neighborhood south of I-635 and TI Boulevard Monday after a 27-year-old man threatened to kill his mother with a kitchen knife and then barricaded himself inside the house in the 12400 block of Hallum.
Hours after receiving a 9-1-1 call from the mother of Jeffrey Miller, SWAT officers managed to bring the man into custody, talking to him over a speaker and using tear gas to force him out of the home.
At about 4 a.m. Tuesday police arrested Miller and charged him with aggravated assault.
