12 Days of Christmas at Night celebrate the famous carol in a whole new way at the Dallas Arboretum.

This Sunday, Nov. 6, the Holiday in the Arboretum will begin.  Come out to the Dallas Arboretum and watch the garden light up as well as enjoy an incredible Santa Claus collection in the Degolyer House.  The house is open from 10 a.m to 4 p.m but stay to enjoy the 12 Days of Christmas at Night from 6-9 p.m. Get more information about the event and tickets here.

Hungry for some history? Once again, the Dallas Arboretum has you covered with an exhibit of life-sized bronze sculptures of some of the most influential people who have ever lived. Handcrafted by famous sculptor, Gary Lee Price, these sculptures come with brief history as they are set up throughout the garden.  The speeches will take place at 11a.m and 1 p.m every day.  Get your tickets here.

Nov. 3, 4, and 5, come out to the Bath House Cultural Center to experience a fantastic film experience.  Each day there will be a famous silent film playing with a brand new soundtrack. The films start at 8 p.m except for on Thursday, when it begins at 7:30.  For tickets, which are $10 for members, $15 for non-members, click here.

Thursday at Half Price Books, New York Times best-selling graphic novelist, Raina Telgemeier, will be on site to sign books and talking about her new novel “Ghosts.”  The event will begin at 7 p.m. but limited passes will be up for grabs starting at 9 a.m.  For more information, click here.
