Lake Highlands Art and Play Festival

Local artist and long time LH resident Jane Cross

Local artists are being recruited for the 4th annual Lake Highlands Art and Play Festival to be held Memorial Day at the Lake Highlands Town Center. The LH Public Improvement District (PID) is sponsoring the event and will underwrite the cost of tents for the first 20 artists who sign up.

The all-day affair Monday, May 30th lasts from 9-3 and kicks off with the Camp Sweeney 5K benefitting diabetic children. Live music and food trucks will also be on hand.

If you’d like to display your work, stop in at the new PID office, 8676 Skillman at Royal near Tom Thumb, email Executive Director Kathy Stewart at or visit their website here.
