Bodega Wine Bar
Bodega Wine Bar is back in business and this time in East Dallas.
For 10 years it operated on Travis Walk, but it closed in 2012. Owner Amier Taherzadeh tried other things for a while, but he has now reopened Bodega at Abrams and Mockingbird. The location opened in February and Taherzadeh hosted a grand opening earlier this month.
The concept is the same as the original location: wine. Aaand yeah. That’s it. That’s the whole concept. Drink it by the bottle ($15-$120), by the flight ($10-$25) or by the glass ($60$20). There’s a five dollar cork fee. You’re welcome to bring your own bottle of wine for a $10 cork fee. You can also bring your own food, or get a cheese and meat plate.
Bodega opens from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday, and it’s open until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
