That’s according to the Dallas News biz beat blog, which also mentions that the new 2,188-square-foot Crisp will be located adjacent to Zoe’s Kitchen. Both are scheduled for a spring 2015 opening.

Meanwhile on Lower Greenville, the original Crisp recently celebrated its one year anniversary. Its interior boasts a modern, airy ambiance. Signature and custom salads ranging in price from $7-$13 are made fresh to order by employees, rather than at a communal salad bar.

Plus there’s more on the menu than a Cobb or Caesar: toppings such as cilantro, falafel, and grilled shrimp keep things interesting. Stay tuned for more information on our Park Lane Crisp in the months ahead. In the meantime, hear what Crisp is all about from owner Blaine Duhe in this Advocate video.
