- Now through Oct. 31 Grimaldi’s is offering seasonal caramel apple or chocolate cheesecake, made in-house daily.
- The Juice Bar, which opened its second location at Inwood and Forest this spring, is expanding once again with a third location within NorthPark Center. This one’s slated to open in spring 2015. Expect cold-pressed juices, smoothies and a few grab-and-go snacks such as granola and energy bars.
- Wine to the Rescue, to be held this Saturday, 7-10 p.m. at LuminArte Gallery in the Design District, will feature wine, an art show, and light bites from Nick and Sam’s — all to benefit local White Rock Dog Rescue. Cost is $25 at the door; call 214.507.4016 for more information.
