A Decade of Design: LHAECPTA Home Tour
The Lake Highlands Area Early Childhood PTA hosts its annual home tour fundraiser Friday from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., featuring four neighborhood homes. Saturday night, 7-10, party and bid on unique auction items at Park Tavern at the Shops at Park Lane.

Run for park improvements
The White Rock Lake Conservancy in cooperation with the City of Dallas Park and Recreation Department hosts Celebration! White Rock, a one-night race and festival from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Proceeds from the event benefits improvement projects at the park.

‘Ropes and Stone’
In a staged reading of “Ropes and Stone,” Derek Ropes and Judy Stone are both successful New York City artists in their mid-sixties. As Judy is considering resurrecting her musical career, a mammoth storm is rolling into New York City. Derek and Judy are isolated in their loft apartment and forced to grapple with the next chapter of their lives.

White Rock Home Tour
From noon–5 p.m., the ninth annual White Rock Home Tour, benefiting Hexter Elementary, embarks on another year with a tour of five modern homes. Architects and designers are on hand for meet-and-greets at the homes they designed.

Etsy Dallas Spring Bash
Peruse goods from select artists and crafters 11 a.m.-6 p.m., just in time for graduation, Mother’s Day, and spring weddings. Patrons can meet the artists, enjoy free DIY crafts and snap pictures in a photo booth for charity.
