The home-based Prickly Poppy Bakery, started by Lake Highlands resident Erin Van Kirk, (you can read more about her in our December cover story here,) is taking orders for Valentine’s Day brownies. A gift-wrapped four pack, which includes turtle, fudge, cheesecake, and hazelnut brownies, is available for purchase here.
