Members of For the Love of the Lake, an organization benefiting all things White Rock Lake, need volunteers to help prepare a site and plant a crop of new trees as a part of its reforestation initiative. Participants should arrive before 7:30 a.m. at the Big Thicket area of White Rock Lake. Wear work clothes and bring gloves and something to drink. The Peninsula Neighborhood Association will serve lunch.
