One of our favorite Lake Highland’s Italian joints, Picasso’s, added three salads to their menu to help cool us off as we start heading in to the dog days of summer.
The lunch buffet at Cedars Mediterranean Mezza and Grill off of  Walnut boasts nearly a dozen tasty salads such as cabbage-mint and carrot-raisin, but the tabouleh stands out above the rest.
Go 4 It Sports Grill at Northwest Highway and Plano has a surprisingly refreshing mango, avocado, and chicken salad. Come in hungry though, because the portions of this salad are hefty.
