Lake Highlands United Methodist Church invites the entire community to join in their annual Trunk or Treat festivities Sunday, October 30 from 6-7:30 pm. The church will be celebrating the delights of autumn with a pizza dinner for the family and a jungle jumper and monster trunk bounce house for the kids. The event is designed to be safe and fun, with no scary costumes. Children are invited to collect treats by going car-trunk to car-trunk (thus the name) in the church parking lot, 9015 Plano Road.
