Experience the Mexican version of Bingo as portrayed by 54 local artists. It’s your last chance to see the Bath House Cultural exhibit, “¡Lotería, Lotería!” which features artwork based on the popular game of chance. Instead of numbers or letters, it uses pictures and symbols. The first person to get four pictures in a row hollers Lotería! The images from the game depict things like the sun, an umbrella, a flowerpot, a watermelon, a mermaid or a heart. Commemorative versions of the game are for sale at the exhibit. 06.07 TOM LUEDER MEMORIAL CAT CLASSIC $125 Dedicated in memory of a former Lake Highlands Wildcat, the Tom Lueder Memorial Cat Classic golf tournament begins at 1:30 p.m. at the Canyon Creek County Club. Money raised will fund athletic programs at Lake Highlands High School, Lake Highlands Freshman Center, Lake Highlands Junior High and Forest Meadow Junior High. 06.25-06.26 BEACH PARTY OF THE CENTURY $5-$15 For the Love of the Lake hosts Beach Party of the Century, the grand finale of the Comerica White Rock Centennial Celebration, at the Bath House Cultural Center. The event features food, beer and wine, music, pools, an antique car show, boat rides, and fireworks. The event runs 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday.
