Last Saturday Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts distributed yellow sacks for the annual Scouting for Food drive. This coming Saturday morning (February 19) Scouts will cover the same routes to pick up bags, which they hope will be filled with non-perishable items such as canned foods and pasta.
Scouts will be collecting in the morning after 9:00, until about 11:00 or noon, so remember to put your donations out early.
If you didn’t get a donation bag, contact a scout you know, or deliver directly to the collection center on Saturday, which will be at the parking lot at Tom Thumb, Skillman and Royal.
