Add former Lake Highlands great Scott Livingstone, Class of ’84, to the list of Wildcats who made one of the UIL’s All-Century teams.
Livingstone, who went on to a stellar collegiate career at Texas A&M and the major leagues with Detroit and San Diego, made the UIL All-Century baseball team as the third team third baseman. When the first team includes names like Nolan Ryan, Roger Clemens and Ernie Banks, it puts Livingstone in some elite company.
Lake Highlands athletes have made UIL All-Century teams in volleyball (Erin Aldrich), football (Phil Dawson), girls track and field (Aldrich again) and now baseball.
