Saturday, May 29 The Texas State Championship Adventure Race Series at White Rock Lake — it’s a trail run; it’s a bike ride; it’s a canoe race, and there’s a “mystery event”, to boot. What outdoorsman/woman could resist that? Race day registration is available, or just come out and gawk.
Monday, May 31 at 10:30 a.m. is the Launa’s Little Library Things-On-Wheels Memorial Day parade. Decorate your bike, trike or skateboard and get in line. The photo of last year’s parade on the Little Library site is the cutest thing ever. The procession will commence at the library 9549 Spring Branch Drive.
Monday, May 31 at 8 p.m. Memorial Day concert at Flag Pole Hill — The Dallas Symphony Orchestra’s annual holiday show at Flag Pole Hill is always a hit.
