The LHHS softball team plays Richardson tonight at home at 6 pm. The girls are on a roll, having defeated Skyline Friday and Sunset Saturday, making them 2-0 in district play.
Tomorrow they’ll get to face district-rival Berkner in a game that was scheduled for rainy Tuesday. The game was moved to Friday at noon, a bit of a bummer for the girls who’d prefer a time when their friends can pack the Berkner stands. Wildcat softball fans are encouraged to bring a brown bag lunch and cheer for the Cats, who were bi-district champions last year with only one defeat in district play.
