The YMCA is an important part of keeping our neighborhood healthy, and what better way to support it than with a walk or run before a big Thanksgiving meal? Thousands will participate in the organization’s annual 5K or 8 mile race at 9 a.m. Nov. 25 in downtown Dallas, and you can register for it right here.
