Armando Juarez, suspected of killing one and injuring two during the Home Depot shooting, will face the death penalty.
District Attorney Faith Johnson announced that Dallas County is seeking the death penalty on Tuesday afternoon. Juarez was indicted on five felony charges, including capital murder of a peace officer and attempted murder of peace officer.
