The Pho Hanabi Vietnamese Cuisine restaurant sign recently went up in the shopping center at Northwest Highway near Plano Road. That’s where Kroger, Go 4 It Grill, Lake Highlands Jazzercize, and so on live.
Based on a year-old job advertisement, the under-construction eatery will serve Vietnamese noodle soups known as pho, rice or vermicelli bowls, grilled meats, bánh mì sandwiches, boba drinks and coffee.
The company is based in Allen, TX and has pending locations there and in our neighborhood.
