Police are hoping someone in the neighborhood saw Ricardo Rocha driving his gray, 2011 4-door Mercedes E35, with Texas license plate CYP 8588. He was last scene on Monday, July 11, around 8:30 a.m. leaving the 4600 block of Chapel Hill Road, and now is listed as a “critical missing person” with the Dallas Police Department.
Police have not said why his absence is “critical” but traditionally it is applied to people who are in need of medication or cannot take care of themselves.
Rocha is 75, a Hispanic man, 5-foot-10 and 175 pounds with black hair and brown eye.
