Ron Howard retweeted a photo earlier this month in which he was wearing a Lake Highlands Highlandette t-shirt on the campus of LHHS during the filming of Cotton Candy, his 2nd directorial outing. If that personal vouching by one of Hollywood’s most venerated filmmakers won’t get you to this weekend’s Highlandette Revue, I’m not sure what will.
The award-winning 54th Highlandette line will perform their annual Revue Friday and Saturday, April 22 and 23 at 7:30 p.m. in the LHHS auditorium. The show’s theme, Colors in Motion, features great music from Coldplay, Ram Jam, Demi Lovato, Paul Simon, Broadway’s Wicked and much more. Also performing will be the Wildcat Wranglers, Cheerleaders, Espree, Folklorico, Dancing with the Dettes participants and Highlandudes.
Reserved tickets are $15 at the door or $12 in advance online here. General admission is $10 or $5 for students.
