The Wildcat Club hosted corporate and large individual donors Friday night on the party patio at the Boneyard to witness the big win over Berkner. Though it’s booked for the remainder of this season, the boosters want the community to keep the venue in mind for future seasons as they plan their Wildcat-watching parties and class reunions.

“It is a win, win situation,” says Mary Martin, who serves on the Wildcat Club board. “The patio is a perfect venue to watch hard-working student athletes, visit with old and new friends, and support the Wildcat Club.”

The patio, which holds up to 175 people, sits atop the reserved section under the press box and has been booked for the next two games by the classes of 1995 and 1985. Organizations bring in their own food and beverages and have a perfect view of the game.

“When we received the invitation, it sounded like too much fun to pass up,” said Bill and Janet Hendrix, long time Wildcat Club donors who hadn’t been to a game in years before Friday night.

The Wildcat Club supplements Richardson ISD funding for the purchase of equipment, uniforms and accessories for all 17 sports teams representing LHHS, LHFC, LHJH and Forest Meadow.  To inquire about reserving the patio, email Kyle and Mary Martin at marysm@prodigy.net.
