The hospital is also offering Red Dress lapel pins in honor of Go Red for Women, a nationwide movement created by the American Heart Association, to wear it on National Wear Red Day on Feb. 6, when millions of Americans will don scarlet clothing and accessories to show their support of women and the fight against heart disease.
Learn more about heart health, warning signs of a heart attack and preventing heart disease for women on the Doctors Hospital at White Rock Lake’s website. Take an online risk assessment quiz and download tip sheets and guides with information about how to make better, healthier lifestyle choices.
