A Lake Highlands man has been arrested and charged with possession of child pornography after using social media to persuade a 13-year-old girl to send him a nude photo, according to the News’ crime blog. Marcus Devore Lindsey, 24, admitted to setting up a fake Facebook account and using it to get the girl’s nude photos. Reportedly Lindsey’s fake profile identified him as an Arkansas resident, but police say he lives in our neighborhood. He is in Dallas County jail on $25,000 bond.
