That’s where the new Elliott’s Hardware is being built. They’re moving into the 14,593 square-foot space that was once Parisian-Peyton’s Colberts, a women’s clothing store and one of the original tenants of the historic shopping center. The location has been vacant for 15 years, so it needs some serious touchup.

Operations manager Andrea Spencer, the granddaughter of Jerre B. Elliott’s who founded the original Elliott’s Hardware in 1947, says she hopes the Casa Linda location will open before the end of the year.
