Thin-crust pizza lovers already know that Olivella’s in Hillside Village serves up some of the freshest, cracker-thin pizza in Dallas, but this summer, they’re showcasing that the rest of its menu is pretty darn good too.

Along with its non-pizza offerings such as sandwiches, salads and sushi parma, the wood-fired pizza restaurant has recently added two pasta dishes and a specialty pizza to the mix.

Although the three dishes are new to Olivella’s diners, publicists say that they’ve been in the Olivella family for generations.

The new items, available now, include chicken alfredo pizza, fettuccine alfredo pasta, and tomato-cream based pasta with pancetta and tomatoes.
