Yesterday, Dallas Police announced the arrest of 33-year-old Lake Highlands High School assistant football/baseball coach Ethan Paul Brown on two felony counts: indecency with a child/exposure and improper relationship between educator and student.
The complainant was a student at Lake Highlands High School. Allegedly the offenses occurred between January 2013 and April 2014. Brown has a $100,000 bond on each charge.
Brown has coached football for several years at both Lake Highlands Junior High and Lake Highlands High School. He has also taught physical education at the Lake Highlands Freshman Center.
