A discount clothing store is coming soon to the space near Fiesta in the shopping center at 6401 Abrams.
dd’s DISCOUNTS is owned by the same company that operates Ross department stores, Ross Stores, Inc., a $9.7-billion Fortune 500 company, according to its website.
dd’s is not as prevalent as Ross and has about 100 stores to date. The store carries clothing for men, women, juniors and children plus home appliances.
There is a dd’s near my neighborhood at Forest-Audelia. I bought suitcases for my kids there, once. $15 each. And they’ve used them on at least three trips.
