At Nazca Kitchen, the focus is fresh fish and organic, sustainable, healthful ingredients, so it’s no surprise that the Walnut Hill restaurant’s newest menu item — kale roasted halibut — is just that. If the kale is calling ‘ya, you may want to head over there soon, since it’s only available for a limited time. While you’re there be sure to try one of the Chilean and Argentinean wines too.

Topgolf has added some new menu items as well: Italian flatbread pizza (pictured left,) a chargrilled veggie sandwich, and Buffalo chicken spring rolls, are among a few of the options you can now order before taking to the driving bay. Check out the full menu online.

A handful of Lake Highlands eateries made Dallas Observer’s “Nine Best BLTs” list. Unsurprisingly, Crossroads Diner, (which pretty much can do no wrong in my book,) has a BLT with super crispy bacon on Texas Toast, plus a “banshee-scream good mayo blend.” Northwest Highway’s Keller’s Drive-In has a solid, traditional take on the sandwich, while Alligator Cafe’s take on the BLT is given a Cajun spin with the addition of fried oysters.
