If you’ve been mourning the loss of Vhea’s LaundroMutt in Old Lake Highlands since it closed shop a few months ago, take heart: The new location on 10610 Garland for the do-it-yourself dog-washing spot is now open.
The new digs include elevated doggie showers (sounds like it could be a better option than kneeling near my tub at home and ending up more soaked and soapy than my dogs,) toenail clipping services, grooming tools, shampoo and other dog supplies for purchase. Plus, they do all of the clean-up, so no extra dirty towels to wash or dog hair in your bathroom.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-7 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m.-6 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
