Massey Cadillac Dallas is hosting a pre-party Tuesday to kick-off the Lake Highlands Exchange Club’s annual Oktoberfest celebration. They’re offering free beer, food and live music, and all of Lake Highlands is invited.
The fun lasts from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., with Luscher’s Post Oak Red Hots (delicious dogs), Franconia German beer, and wine from Times Ten Cellars. Whiskey Pants will perform live, and T. Hee Greetings & Gifts will be on hand selling Oktoberfest merchandise to get you ready for the big day.
Massey Cadillac is located near LBJ and Jupiter.
The 3rd annual Oktoberfest will be held October 5 at the Lake Highlands Town Center, and from 11 a.m to 9 p.m, there’ll be activities for adults and children, including entertainment and food galore. After a full day of bands, kids’ groups and LHHS performers, at 7 p.m, the Old 97’s will rock the mainstage.

Proceeds go to the Exchange Club of Lake Highlands, which has been serving LH-area schools, parks, public safety organizations, non-profits and individuals for more than 50 years.
