Pei Wei will replace the Fat Daddy’s Burger House that once occupied that corner before it was torn down about a month ago, and right now Pei Wei is saying its hopes to be up and running by the end of the year.

Although Pei Wei doesn’t have any renderings available for us just yet, Hale says the style of the building will be a cross between the “typical” Pei Wei Asian Diner design and what will fit in with the rest of the shopping center.

Pei Wei has a picture of one of its buildings on its website (pictured right), but if you Google “Pei Wei” some of the buildings that come up are pretty boring, so it’ll be interesting to see what kind of building design they consider a compromise.
