Rachel Carter, Advocate intern extraordinaire, spent Saturday morning at Hoops in the Highlands, a fundraising basketball tournament for students in 1-8 grades from Wallace, White Rock Elementary, Lake Highlands Elementary, Lake Highlands Junior High and Northlake. I must say, this featured image above is a freaking work of art, Rachel.
The event raises funds to support those schools.
