The LH Branding Committee has scheduled another food truck event, this time for the Saturday after Thanksgiving. They’re calling it LHGoodEats, and they hope you’ll bring all your friends and family back out to the LH Town Center site for the fun.
The party is from noon to 5pm, just about the time those pesky relatives are hitting the road and you’re tired of turkey leftovers. They’ll have big screen TVs for watching football, and a beer garden will host all manners of live entertainment.
The LHBC is working in partnership with the Exchange Club, the Women’s League and leaders of lots of other neighborhood groups to implement a unique brand for the Lake Highlands area. They’ve hired a marketing and branding firm to help, and continued community events are part of their strategy.
Entry tickets to LHGoodEats are $5, but kids under 10 are free. Once you arrive, you’ll choose yummy offerings from a wide variety of food trucks, and pay each vendor directly.
