Kyle Noonan and Jeff Sepkowitz will open Bowl & Barrel at Shops at Park Lane.
An upscale bowling alley opens in the Shops at Park Lane next week. We ran a story last September (p. 30) about Bowl & Barrel and the golden era of bowling in our neighborhood.
The bowling alley, from SMU grads and White Rock area-based entrepreneurs Kyle Noonan and Josh Sepkowitz, features a menu designed by Sharon Hage of York Street fame. According to City of Ate, the menu will have soft pretzels, fresh oysters, artisan hot dogs and sandwiches.
Bowl & Barrel will feature 15 lanes, plus the “modern Americana tavern” and a beer hall.
