White Rock Local Market, Saturday, Nov. 3, presents Love Your Farmer Day.
In addition to the regular farmers market that takes place the second and fourth Saturdays of the month at Buckner and Northcliff, the Nov. 3 market features workshops on beekeeping ($30 for WRLM or Unitarian Church members or $60) and processing your own chicken ($30).
Attendees also get an opportunity to gain hands-on experience preparing crops, caring for goats and more with Fruth Farms (free). Register for any of those here.
