As evidenced by the snazzy signage posted around the Town Center and about the neighborhood, the Exchange Club of Lake Highlands is gearing up for the annual July 4th parade and carnival.

The event is always fun, plus it is a big fundraiser for the good work that the Exchange Club does, such as providing yearly scholarships to Lake Highlands High School grads.
