Lake Highlands High School’s Matalee Reed needs your vote to become the VYPE High School Sports Magazine’s Greater Dallas Power Player of the Week. Matalee, the volleyball phenom who’ll play on scholarship for Pepperdine after graduation, has led her Lady Wildcats to the Regional Quarterfinals once again this year, and her performance puts her in a contest against the hottest athletic talent in the area. Tonight Matalee, her freshman sister Morgan who plays setter, and the rest of the talented Wildcat team will face the Rowlett Eagles at Garland’s Special Events Center. The match begins at 6:30 pm. Go Cats!
