Yesterday a police officer, M. Mosher (as identified in a police report) shot and injured a suspect who attempted to grab his partner’s (identified as officer M. Wagner) weapon during an arrest at the Crestridge apartments, which are located in the Vickery Meadow area bordering Lake Highlands.
The suspect, Oscar Spicer, was last reported in critical condition at Baylor.
An investigation into the incident is underway, according to a release from the Dallas Police Department.
