A commenter on the recent post announcing that Natural Grocers is moving into the old Casa Linda Theatre spot addressed the question of whether the Town Center even needs a grocery store. It doesn’t, another commenter responded, “unless Prescott decides to make money at this venture.” We discuss what other options could be the Town Center stronghold (at least, in our humble opinions) and the grocer possibilities based on the current retail market.
