If you read Back Talk Lake Highlands, you know that T. Hee Greetings and Gifts co-owner David Farris has been part of the conversation about plans to turn Lake Highlands Plaza, where his shop is located, from retail storefronts into residential homes. So for this week’s podcast, we traveled to the southwest corner of Walnut Hill and Audelia to find out what Farris thinks of the plans, whether he and co-owner Tony Doles are committed to staying in their current spot and, if not, whether they will find a place elsewhere in Lake Highlands — even the possibility of moving to the Lake Highlands Town Center.

Farris also told us about the store’s new website, partychickandpaper.com, which launched this week, and why he and Doles chose to move away from T. Hee Greetings as a website domain.
