Despite the recent closing of Lake Highlands area restaurants — see Burger Spot and ST Cafe — restaurateur Thom Turnock will make a go of it, beginning today, at his Varsity Grill, 9310 Forest, near Brothers Pizza. As soon as we get an opportunity to dine there, we’ll let you know about our experience.
